Coverage Includes $1,000,000 Directors & Officers / Employment Practices liability insurance including wrongful acts, errors and omissions, failure to enforce rules or bylaws, and the reasonable and necessary legal fees and expenses incurred.
This coverage also seeks to address exposures that are relevant in an unstable world.
$250,000 additional limit of liability which is in additional to, and not part of the aggregate limit of liability. For directors, trustees, officers, regents, governors, and members of the board of managers.
$500,000 sublimit for alleged violation of the Fair Labor and Standards Act.
$100,000 sublimit for coverage of claims related to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
$50,000 emergency travel expense for hotel expenses incurred which directly result from the cancellation of a scheduled transport, by train or air, by a commercial transportation carrier resulting directly from and within fort-eight hours of a certified act of terrorism.
$50,000 workplace violence counseling fund, providing emotional counseling for any actual or alleged intentional and unlawful use of, or threat to use, deadly force with intent to cause harm at any building, facility or property occupied by the insured.
$50,000 reimbursement for the insured to hire an image consulting company for the purpose of reducing the damage to reputation suffered by the insured arising from a crisis incident, resulting in the death or serious bodily injury to three or more persons.
$10,000 donor data loss crisis fund sublimit.
This policy includes confidential telephone consultation on basic workplace topics via a toll free number with the national law firm Jackson Lewis.
